This program will be made available on an individual basis with Howie’s approval for the following types of circumstances...

• Parties interested in selling their property at a discount to satisfy other needs they have for whatever reason.
• Parties that have subdividable land interested in selling their property subject to approvals.
• Parties interested in joint venturing with other Howie Hubler Team Investors under a separate company entity to be created for same.
• Parties interested in becoming a Howie Hubler Team Investor either as a silent or active partner.
