Choosing the Realtor to satisfy your real estate needs is an important decision.Howie Hubler entered the real estate profession on a part time basis in 1978 then went full time in 1981, and was labeled early in his career for his inner desire to achieve success and service the people who put their faith in him. His success grew at a rapid pace and still continues. Howie's sales prowess, eclectic style, and management abilities are well known in real estate circles to all those who have done business with him over the years. His consistent achievements have led to his being one of the most productive realtors in New Jersey. Howie has personally closed well over 1,600 transaction units since starting his career. Naturally, this has led to many national and local sales awards and for six consecutive years as a member of the Circle of Champions for a nationally known franchise with approximately 3,000 worldwide offices at that time.

This steady growth and popularity led to Howie deciding to obtain his broker's license in 1985 and open his own real estate office, which he did in the late 80's. Naturally, he stayed in sales while playing a dual role as Broker/Owner of a proven company and leading a winning team, teaching the skills and developing the attitude needed to be a success in real estate. Once again these efforts have paid off as Hubler Realty, Inc. has improved and matured steadily. This past year Hubler Realty, Inc. agents have sold approximately 40% of the Hubler Realty, Inc. listings themselves.

Before entering the real estate profession, Howie Hubler was first a school teacher and coach and then a guidance counselor in Parsippany, New Jersey where he worked from 1969-1981. A 1964 graduate of Boonton High School, he completed his education at William Paterson College where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in 1969 and later his Masters Degree in Personnel Services in 1976. A longtime Boonton area resident, Howie currently resides in Boonton Township with his lovely wife, Judi, where they brought up their two now grown children, Howie and Tracy. The family has recently grown with grandchildren.
